Hi Claudia,
it's impossible to tell from these images. Can you include one with
surfaces over the norm.mgz? Not sure if the MTL wm should be connected or
not. In general you need to look at the MR to decide, don't worry about
little bumps in the inflated.
cheers,
Bruce

Hello,
we have a few cases of what we think is a bad surface and would like your
opinion on whether it is really bad (considering that we are interested in
the temporal lobes). Should we correct the wm map to include the bits of wm
that do not seem to be included?
I attach shots of the "bad" inflated surface, the corresponding brainmask +
pials and wm. The cross is in the same position as the blue dot on the
surface.
Thanks
Claudia
Inflated surface, zoomed on spikes
brainmask with pials. Crossing point corresponding to blue dot on the
surface.
