Flavio, We just posted a fix for tkmedit which can be found here:
ftp://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/pub/dist/freesurfer/fixed Copy the file 'tkmedit.bin' to your $FREESURFER_HOME/bin dir. Actually, it fixes a different problem: where tkmedit crashes when scrolling and middle-mouse button clicking at the same time while in the view window. But the glut lib was replaced, which may fix the problems you are seeing.
