Hi Dave, that's a giant defect - about 1/2 of the brain. This means something is dramatically wrong with your recon. Check the lh.orig and/or the filled.mgz to see if the cerebellum or skull is attached. If so, you'll probably have to edit the wm.mgz to remove the connection
