Hi Bruce et al, Is there any way to control the orientation of the brain in TKsurfer according to some "real world" coordinate system? While I can manipulate the orientation in the tcl prompt from the initial display orientation, it's hard to line left and right hemispheres up in particular ways. Alternatively, if you know the starting orientation in real world coordinates, I could probably work backwards from there.
