I want to do some parcellation on the temporal lobe,so i think I should create a volume ROI. there is no error in freesufer,but I dont know whether freesurfer can do this and how?Atlas-based way to get ROI is OK,but it is not precise enough. Can you give me some suggestions? thanks~
