Thank you Bruce. I have some other questions. I tried to look at the mri_surf2vol --help to undersand how to use it. I tried with this command: mri_surf2vol --surf curv --hemi lh --template orig.mgz --outvol curv-orig.mgz but there is something wrong with it. I'm using the bert folder as example. I don't understand how I have to set the input ( lh.curv) and the output ( volume file .mgz)
