yes, this is a know issue. It has been fixed for the next version, but you can upload a fixed linux program from ftp://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/transfer/outgoing/flat/greve/mri_label2vol copy this to $FREESURFER_HOME/bin doug
