Hello, I am using freesurfer for neonates but get error at the topology construction (excessive topological defect encountered, could not allocate edges for retesselation). My question is 1) is the freesurfer applicable for neonates? I have tried it for 2 year to 9 year old kid it worked fine. 2) I tried the -old fixer flag and tried to run the recon -all but i get the same error.
