Subject: [Freesurfer] Freesurfer removing hippocampus and temporal lobe

To Whom it may concern,

I have been running Freesurfer to segment grey matter on my data, but I have
noticed that in each of my subjects it seems to “cut off” the grey matter in
the temporal lobe/hippocampus.
I could correct this manually in each subject, but is there a fix you would
suggest to make it include this area across all my data? I attach some
screenshots of the problem for your perusal.
I am currently using the following build:
freesurfer-Darwin-lion-stable-pub-v5.3.0, on an iMac running OSX Yosemite, 2.9
GHz Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM 1600 MHz DDR3.
Thank you very much for your help.
Yours faithfully,
