Dear Expert, I'm using Qdec to run some correlation analysis (cortical thickness). When I try to apply Monte Carlo simulation, I get the following error message:
Error in Monte Carlo simulation: Error running mri_surfcluster! I tried to use different paramers (e.g. different smoothing) which didn't change anything at the error message. What's going wrong ? Many thanks for your help, Best regards, Philipp
