Hello FreeSurfer Developers,I read a sentence in a paper associated with Free Surfer as following: Before statistical evaluation, cortical thickness maps were smoothed with Gaussian Kernel (10 FWHM).That mean "Smooth2 (?h.smoothwm)" in individual steps, is it right?Please, tell me how to smooth by a Gaussian Kernel of 10 FWHM.In addition, I read a sentence as following: To compare cortical thickness between groups, the cortical surfaces of all subjects were transformed into a group template surface space.Please, tell me how to transform into a group template surface space.
