Hi Vidhu,

After your standard recon-all, do:

mri_binarize --i yoursubjectname/mri/aseg.mgz --match 17 --o left_hip.nii
mri_binarize --i yoursubjectname/mri/aseg.mgz--match 53 --o right_hip.nii
