Hello FS experts, I am wondering if anyone knows why the same vertices' coordinates are shown slightly different when opened in freesurfer and tksurfer. I was checking some annotation files for each subject across the two on inflated surface, and noticed slight coordinate differences in RAS. ex. freesurfer vertex 2407 [-18.23, -78.84, 27.92] ----- tksurfer vertex 2407 [-18.48, -78.82, 28.23]
