Hi all, I’m digging into data that was reconned a while ago. I see in the recon-all.done files and some say:
CMDPATH /usr/local/freesurfer/stable6/bin/recon-all and others say: CMDPATH /usr/local/freesurfer/stable6_0_0/bin/recon-all Is there a difference between the recon-all commands in the stable 6 and the stable6_0_0 freesurfer folders? Thanks, Aura M.
