Hello Freesurfer developers,
I am trying to get volume measurements (mm^3) on VOIs (volume of interest) that I created on Freeview. All I can do is to export the VOI as an .mgz file. Do you know of an easy way to get the stats in .txt or any other formats? 1) Freesurfer version: freesurfer-Darwin-OSX-stable-pub-v6.0.0-2beb96c 2) OS: MacOS Sierra Thank you very much. Best, Jisoo
