I tried to change the shell into tcsh (exec /bin/tcsh) temporarily but other errors appeared. I added "setenv MY_MORPHS_DO_NOT_CONFORM_DEAL_WITH_IT" at the beginning of the $FREESURFER_HOME/bin/trac-preproc and the problem is now solved. Cheers! Should I add value after it? Maybe "export > MY_MORPHS_DO_NOT_CONFORM_DEAL_WITH_IT=1"?
