External Email - Use Caution Dear Freesurfers,
as already mentioned in a mailing list post (https://secure-web.cisco.com/1SAqhNan43pmaxS84P-6UvHZVgMO0LlOO5VahC9RJjjs3L51JUaSFUwZZgV7IOqQ-efGjcjl74I3BilWEpl3oLc8aPJDhFisC3p8lLQiU53CLD0gAh6d-IM2NN7h-PCq2K34MCNGjWNGK3ICrKg-XRaLduvH9R2ukQvjv5fmmXEI3RONSnRvSNOetSE3Oq8I79fsWsCWb-cSTHZz8FZ0YNvonEFk7PS2Q7Dr7Mw5ikF758BL_QSUbjTdYaMa2NmZ7Idvm0mAkDRfXJhKm7qpix2wfyDJsP1S8q7l2EbkdgsWB7O1taBDCP_B2i2xCxT8ss34TaYv19M1HVRtW9zT5-g/https%3A%2F%2Fwww.mail-archive.com%2Ffreesurfer%40nmr.mgh.harvard.edu%2Fmsg73040.html), subfield_segmentation in FS v7.3.2 does not create a statsfile including the output volumes. Instead, some txt file is created in /mri (i.e., ThalamusNuclei.volumes.txt). For summarizing the volumes across subjects, neither asegstats2table (because it looks for *.stats files) nor the quantifyThalamicNuclei.sh is applicable to the new function subfield_segmentation output directly. I've just adapted quantifyThalamicNuclei.sh and changed line 55 to the new version txt file names (see attached). Best, Melissa
