External Email - Use Caution Dear freesurfer team,
in freeview, setting surface edgecolor in axial/saggital/coronal slices to the overlay color seems to have stopped working between 7.1.1 and 7.2.0 (and up until 7.3.2). This might have been fixed in the development version meanwhile, but I couldn't find anything on the list. To reproduce: >recon-all --version freesurfer-linux-centos7_x86_64-7.1.1-20200723-8b40551 >cd $SUBJECTS_DIR >freeview -f >fsaverage/surf/lh.pial:overlay=fsaverage/surf/lh.thickness:edgecolor=overlay >--viewport axial ># edge color is color according to overlay data as expected >recon-all --version freesurfer-linux-centos8_x86_64-7.2.0-20210720-aa8f76b >cd $SUBJECTS_DIR >freeview -f >fsaverage/surf/lh.pial:overlay=fsaverage/surf/lh.thickness:edgecolor=overlay >--viewport axial ># edge color is black Best wishes Cornelius _______________________________________________ Freesurfer mailing list Freesurfer@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu https://mail.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/mailman/listinfo/freesurfer The information in this e-mail is intended only for the person to whom it is addressed.
