External Email - Use Caution Hi Parsa
The parcellations are done on the cortical surface which exists in the individual subject "conformed" space. What do you mean by "original T1w space coordinates"? I was wondering if the parcellation process recenters the coordinates and if so, is there a way to not recenter and preserve original T1w space coordinates? Thanks, Parsa
