I downloaded a fresh repository, built freedv from the freedv-dev directory
and it compiles and runs.
I'm sure more thorough testing will occur.
Since I don't really know what all uses ofdm, I just did a grep in the
source directories for "ofdm_create()" and modified everything I found
there.
