Great work Steve.

I found that ofdm_mem was missing information in the CMakeLists.txt file.
I'm not sure how this got left out as it was always needed and we did
compile and run this before.  That was back when I was mailing patches to
David, so there was lots of manual actvity and something must have been
left out.  I've checked in a fix.

The ofdm_stack test compiles and works fine.  It needs to be run per the 
instructions at the start of the source.

Of course we could now enhance both tests to select more channels and
see what the results were ...
