A code of conduct for Codec2/FreeDV and this mailing list is a good idea. The
participant policies document is a good start, but has a strong focus on gender
issues and face-face behiavour. We could probably get away with something

I wrote participant policies for ORI about 2 years ago that IMO would have
helped the mailing list with some social issues, not just export law. I think
the Codec2 / DigitalVoice projects should edit out references to ORI and adopt
