I want to schedule recordings with the recording server from another source. From my brief review of the record server, it looks like I need to make xmlrpc calls to the server.
To confess, I know nothing about xmlrpc, and what makes this even more fun is that the program I want to schedule recordings _from_ is written in C, so I will have to figure out xmlrpc in C. What do I need to know in terms of "published API" with the record server. Presumably there are a set of RPCs that I can call with various arguments.
