First, you should read the XMLRPC howto at
http://xmlrpc-c.sourceforge.net/xmlrpc-howto/xmlrpc-howto.html

Really, you should be able to get the info you need through the XMLRPC 
introspection: system.listMethods(), system.methodHelp(), and 
system.methodSignature(). Unfortunately, the Twisted XMLRPC doesn't support 
that, so you're stuck with reading the source for now, which isn't hard to 
look at.
