Is Sweden part of the EU? If so, that won't help. The EU is on the best (?) way to also allow stupid patents like the US does.
Yes, Sweden is part of the EU since 1994. Hopefully they'll keep the part where patents doesn't apply to private use, then it doesn't matter as much if there are stupid SW patents...
