Michael, Please calm down. Everyone know's what mixer.py does; and I can vouch that most of them understand your intent for sixmixer is.
As freevo is in such a feature rich space; requirements are discussed openly. Thankyou for your contribution and I can't wait to see when you something that can be added to either of the current trees (rel1 or 2.0). Your excelent idea of extending mixer's functionality has simply eveolved to become a discussion of how far that feature could be integrated into freevo. Be proud you've contributed not just a new feature but a new set of idea's that can be incorporated down the track.
