this would only work if you don't have the other capture card in there

I switched out Caspture cards and now instead of /dev/video I'm /dev/video0 So,
I went into the local_config.py and uncommented out the TV_VIDEOSOURCE or what
ever it is. Watch TV now works but when record shows it is pulling the old
setting.
How do I reload the settings so recording will know the right configuration. I
also noticed when I was tweaking the tv channels the webserver would read the
old settings to.
