Thanks a lot for the info,

yesterday I went to a shop here in Berlin to buy the AverMedia 711.
After grabbing dvb-cvs and recompiling the modules, the card was
detected properly and tzap seems to try to change channels.
But I do not have an antenna yet, so nothing to try ;)

That's good to here :)

For now I'll stick with the old analogue bt878, till I bought an
antenna.
