I have one question about the survey that someone might be able to answer! I happily started filling out the answers to the questions when I cam across a mandatory question where there was no answer which suited me. At that point I quit as if everyone just filled in random data where there was no correct answer the data would be useless. Perhaps ,although not a good technique, would be to provide "other" boxes with the option to provide detail.
