I noticed that when freevo has nothing to do, the python process is still
consuming 10% of my processor.
All it should be doing is polling the LIRC socket (I think).

Is there a means to "profile" what freevo is doing?

Thanks,

Jim

The modern datacenter depends on network connectivity to access resources
and provide services. The best practices for maximizing a physical server's
connectivity to a physical network are well understood - see how these
rules translate into the virtual world?
