I've done the following:
wlanconfig ath0 destroy
wlanconfig ath0 create wlandev wifi0 wlanmode ap
iwconfig ath0 essid FreeWRT
iwconfig ath0 channel 6
ifconfig ath0 up
Network Stumbler won't give me an error anymore but I can't see a
working AP either.
iwconfig gives me following output:
ath0 IEEE 802.11g ESSID:"FreeWRT"
Mode:Master Frequency:2.437 GHz Access Point: Not-Associated
Bit Rate:0 kb/s Tx-Power:20 dBm Sensitivity=0/3
Retry:off RTS thr:off Fragment thr:off

Any thoughts?
BTW: "ifconfig ath0 ip" doesn't work. I'm getting:
ip: either "dev" is duplicate, or "192.168.1.10" is a garbage.
I think this is because ifconfig is only a alias for "ip addr show".
