What do folks make of the faux (and or real ) so-called out rage that gamers have about...Ai? I am pretty sure that youtubers (gamers nexus and LTT) are leaning heavily into FOMO about DDR5 ram etc.
So can someone try to get me a Eli5 not news deets: -Is it even true that (some?) growing people are going mad about...the little baby Ai? that is to say are there actually really a (sadly) growing amount of malcontents mad about Ai for...reasons- and blaming OpenAi for Ram costs going up or what ever the trendy new FOX FOMO outrage news is? On the much more-- cheary? hopeful? side: Can someone (try to) Eli5: how the heck is it that Alibabab is making (some) headway with generative images and machine vision on relatively light hardware OO - just curious.
