my proposal:
March 23 evening - feature freeze. no version bumps, time to sync the arches
manually again
March 25 evening - total freeze. one should not upload new packages
without asking me first
March 27 evening - creating the -0.4 tree, generating the candidate
snapshot isos
March 28 evening - renaming the isos to the final name, waiting till the
mirrors are in sync
March 30 morning - 0.4 final release
so basically we have 3 days for the fetures (new packages, etc) and then
only after 0.4
is this ok?
