atm repoman has no support for uploading to a tree other than -current,
also makepkg -R does not handle to rebuild a package for -stable. and of
course installing a whole -stable system just for building packages is a
nonsense :)
so right after 0.4: none. later - we'll see
em, what if -stable users build pkgs? is there a possibility to make a way
for handling in a central download place, at least as "unofficial"?
