Well, not exactly. If we bump to 2.15 now, maybe we can discover the
bugs and we have much more time to fix them/report them so gnome can be
more stable. And we can get ready for the possible bugs that can be in
the stable 2.16 version. If we don't bump, then the bugs won't be
discovered and the same result as 0.4: gnome doesn't work properly.
