I really dunno what magic flags are there. I use many times makepkg -o
-d for extracting. And makepkg -d -g >> for sha1sum calculates. I dunno
about other functions which is releated to host system only. But what is
releated to HOST need to force -H then.

Or make an option in makepkg.conf to enable/disable this stuff. eg.
ALWAYS_CHROOT=1 then -R ommitted -H not. if 0 then everything goes like
at this time.

Or dunno :)
