one additional change: currently the chrooted build automatically
removes the pkg and src dirs which should be removed only in case the -c
option is used. now that the -R option will be the default in the next
pacman release, a simple 'makepkg' will copy back the src and pkg dirs
from the chroot in case the '-c' option is not used

in short: till now most of you used 'makepkg -R', after the next pacman
release, use 'makepkg -c' :)
