okay, i ran though makepkg -h:

1) makepkg -G is obsolete, i'll remove it
2) makepkg -g will trigger -H
3) makepkg -o will trigger -H

the main idea is to resolve the following conflict:
1) we say building on the host system is bad
2) the default is to build on the host system and not in chroot

so, if -R won't be the default for -g and -o, is it ok to change the
default?
