yes, translation updates are allowed even after 0.7rc2. probably the

Priyank, last time i checked the accents were problematic both for fr_FR
and hu_HU. is this changed? could you please have a look at this issue?

to be honest i was lazy to check the status in the latest version, but
we always release a new setup fpm before a release, so this can't be a
problem
Now all I need to translate are Homepage and Documentation. I would
like to get started right away.
for documentation: as you want, but it's quite large. translating it
while being in a hurry (so that it would be ready for 0.7) may or may
not be a good idea. i just say it's far better if you can still provide
a translation after 0.7 in normal quality than a low-quality translation
for 0.7. of course if you want, i can add an empty translation for the
documentation, too
i've added the empty homepage translation
