Yes, but the -Q output is never changed when the database is unchanged,
while this is not true for -P, so I added it as a major option.

My plan is to:

1) Use /proc/pid/cgroup to determine which service started the process
and display that value. If it's a simple foo.service, then it's trivial
to restart, but this is not always the case, so I would not automate
that. (For example I do not want pacman -Syu to restart X.)
2) Modify pacman -Syu to print a warning if the pacman -P output is not
empty (needs a little modification, but should be easy).
