Not for me as I will use it or I will install my favourite :)

In the other hand, searching for light console text editors I found these 2:

    - jed [1]
    - diakonos [2]

The first one is based on s-script and the tarball has a size of 864KB; the
2nd one needs ruby and has a size of 99KB.

As Marius said, choose the smallest text editor and move on a more
important subject ;)
