I can remember suggesting that you do so as it has been you, a person who seems not to be a member, making all sorts of rash statements about the 'legal' position of a body in which you do not hold membership, and would seem to have no interest. If you have a real interest, and by that I mean you think you have a right to make a claim against the money held in its bank account then please state it so that I can take it under consideration when looking at this problem. > > You seem to be suggesting that you want to do so. I have not had much chance to do anything yet having to deal with a constant stream of criticism from those who are not members of the AFFS, although at some time they may have been, none of them, including me, seem to have had any concerns as to its status apparently between the AGM of 2005 and now! If you want me to do what I can to resolve the fate of the AFFS then please keep out of the way whilst I do what I can. I would like to know what it is that has prompted your interest at this time, the £1000.00 donation perhaps? if so then please state what your interest is, as I remember you telling the AGM of 2004 of your donation, if it was a donation then you surely have no further interest in it, unless of course you are seeking my assistance in recovering it, is that the case? If I am going to be subjected to a non-stop stream of cod 'legal' opinions, criticism, and in some cases petulant replies from some of the last committee, then I can easily afford to leave the battle to you to fight. However bear in mind that I'm still a 'paid up' member, and any half cocked attempt to grab back what may very well be untraceable money, may be seen by me as an attempt to deprive others who may also have paid membership fees into an association until their fees were not for some unexplained reason accepted any more, and who may have a stronger case for restitution!
