same amounts here. what i would like to start expermenting with here is, 
when i get a "slow poke" downloading, increasing the max up-slots, just 
enough that it doesnt affect anybody's down speed. then back down again when 
the times right. i'd ask for an auto-detector for that but poor Jamie's 
probably swamped.

ps: you guys in the same network-node should check out the speeds within 
your own network. here, i got outrageous speeds from machine-to-machine 
within the same node.
