Hello Paul, Does the font appear correctly in the template prior to collect?

This has happened most recently with the font Minion Expert Display. I'm on a MAC, the font is Postscript and has the printer font. I have the font installed on my computer; no utility is loading the font. I also go threw the FusionPro>Advanced>Load Fonts, within Acrobat and then restart Acrobat. I set up my template, collect for output, and upload the files to my PrintOne. For whatever reason the text does not appear when I preview the proof, do you have any suggestions?
