The hardest font problem is if the font sometimes work and sometimes does not. The shows that some else may be entirely wrong with the font or the system, or who knows...

Nonetheless, on the Mac, we support Mac OS Roman encoded fonts. If your on the Mac and having problems, check to see if your font is listed in "/Library/Preferences/Printable/FusionPro/Fonts/fonts.err". You may see something like this:

Warning: Font Encoding 'Japanese (Mac OS)' not supported in font 'Osaka'. Try 'Western (Mac OS Roman)' fonts instead. Font skipped.

However, like I said, this advice does not pertain to you if the font sometimes works, or works in Preview but now when uploaded, or your font is not listed in the error log.

So in the case you still are having problems, as always, try to provide as much detail as you can. As you know, more than one thing can go wrong with a font. For example, if you download a free font online you may have different results if you purchase the font from a good source.

Regards,

Brian Ray
