OR you look at the bicycle on your car roof and say: "no problem, I don't
have to hijack someone else's car/gas -- I can travel on with my bike
(to the nearest railway station) if I don't find a gas station in time."

Trouble for Dubya is that B52s and tanks don't run on solar power, and
never will.  (Too heavy.)  Nor on nuclear power (too small for that).
So, to maintain world control, he HAS TO stick to oil, no matter what
(even if the civilized world switches to solar).  Too bad for the Arabs.
