Yes, it happens with that same config. I am sure I am using the
correct fvwm snapshot, cause I re-compiled it and saw CVS fetching
the events.c file.

On the other hand, I haven't been able to reproduce that other
bug you discovered. I can click the title bars without any
strange side effect.
