Strange... At first I am confused, why fvwm fails on menus and does
not on windows titles. Also it fails to draw text on modules.

I would like to obtain documentation on drawing text in X. I've looked
through Oreiily books, but Xmb, Xwc and Xutf8 functions seem to be not
covered by them.

Note, if user uses UTF-8 locale, and there are more an more such
users, he wont be able to start fvwm successfully.
