So It may be that the MTU need to be increased on the Nokia box, but only to negate the effect that the offending sites are creating.
There is no need to change MTU size (I think thats an ugly hack), if the ICMP message above isn't blocked. It is a bad idea to block all ICMP messages and work around the problems that brings with changing sizes.
