hi,
did this ever work from this client (this IP)?
if yes -> check * client's IP * date in the client * "cpstat mg" on the mgmt-server if it's running
if no -> check * $FWDIR/conf/gui-clients if the client's IP is defined there * if the policy allowes access from this client to the mgmt ...
cheers reinhard

Hello, Im having problem to connect the SmartDashBoard to the SmartCenter. This is the message that appear: "Connection cannot be initiated. Please make sure that the Server "192.168.0.3" ia up and running and that you are defined as a GUI Client."
I was connecting and now I cant do it. I am defined as a GUI Client and the network configurations are ok.
Does anyone know what I can do?
Thanks,
Notari
